RAJ zdravia is an Ayurvedic centre in Bratislava – Kramáre (Limbová 1A) that brings Ayurvedic diagnostics, massages and therapies, yoga lessons, a SPA with several saunas and a vegetarian restaurant together in one place. Choose a single service or combine them:
- Ayurvedic diagnostics – an initial consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor (50 min) that gives you your constitution and lifestyle recommendations.
- Panchakarma – Ayurvedic detox program – a deep cleansing programme based on Ayurveda.
- Ayurvedic massages and therapies – Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Choorna Pinda Sveda and other treatments tailored to your constitution.
- Classic massages – relaxation, sports, pregnancy, aroma and lava stone massages.
- Yoga lessons – yoga for beginners, healthy back, Pilates, SM system, Qi Gong and yoga for seniors; MultiSport card accepted.
- SPA Kneipp’s RAJ – four saunas (dry, steam, infrared, hay), a warm whirlpool and a Kneipp path; open from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Restaurant MANNA – vegetarian food from seasonal and local ingredients, open 7 days a week.
