We offer a wide variety of classes—from yoga for a healthy back, which helps relieve pain and tension, to yoga for seniors, and yoga for beginners and intermediate students, where you’ll learn how to breathe properly and master basic asanas. More dynamic classes like FYZIO joga will give you energy and strength, while Basic Yoga will help you solidify your fundamentals.
In addition to yoga, we also offer exercises such as Pilates, which strengthens the core and improves flexibility, or the SM System, focused on a healthy spine and proper posture. For those seeking inner peace, we recommend Cchi-kung, an ancient Chinese practice for harmonizing energy and boosting vitality.
Each class is led by experienced instructors who guide you step by step to ensure you practice correctly, safely, and in a way that meets your individual needs.

Qi kung
to strengthen the entire body—for better sleep—to stimulate energy flow and boost vitality
Qi Gong is an ancient, healing practice originating in China. Qi Gong exercises are an ideal combination of stretching and calming techniques that promote inner balance, harmony, and an increase in energy (which we call “qi”) within the body. This manifests as improved immunity, hormonal stability, a strengthened lymphatic system, balance, and the flow of energy between organs. The exercises are suitable for all age groups.
